The WereCleaner

Short Summary
——————————————
The Werecleaner is a short cute game where you play as a werewolf just trying to pay his rent. Unfortunately the office is having to work overtime and he has to go to work as a werewolf. Kyle has to sneak his way around the office cleaning up messes while avoiding his coworkers so he won't eat them!

I thoroughly enjoyed this game! To start, it's free AND you play as a werewolf! Gameplay is fairly unique as well to me, I haven't played a game like this, ever. Graphics are on point for the game, with an adorable art style to match the quirky narrative.

I have very little to say for dislikes, except the game is short! I need more werewolf Kyle! The game is free, so there's already so much more than expected, but I would absolutely pay for an expansion or DLC to support the dev team!

Wolf Adventures

Short Summary
——————————————
Disclaimer: I played very little of this game as I didn't particularly like anything about it. The art style is pixelated, the narrative was very bland, and gameplay was extremely minimal. This is the Steam description: 'Interactive novel in pixel style about the king HappyWolf. You're a powerful king Happy Wolf of the kingdom EbenGrad. For a long time, your citizens were happy about everything, but times have changed.'
At 9.99, it is a definitive do not purchase from me.

I'm new to interactive novels and such so I wasn't sure what to expect, I did have some hopes for the game, but unfortunately it fell through. I guess I like that it tried to make some meme references as characters.

Dislikes

This game just wasn't for me, and it was WAY overpriced, I'm also not a pixel fan, but I'll give them their chance. The story was convoluted and the gameplay was mediocre for the 'options'. I'm sad to be so hard on the game, but it just wasn't for me.

Root

Short Summary
——————————————
Root is a pretty interesting board/card game. It is an asymmetrical 'woodland warfare' game. With different options of gameplay depending on which class you choose. It took a while to unlock the wolf in the game, but I did like the gameplay style of that particular class, even though I never won, probably a skill issue XD.

I like the different classes and gameplay styles, It's a unique experience playing every match. The artistic style is cute as well and there are actually several visual variations within each class, which was unexpected.

Dislikes
——————————————
Maybe I'm not very good at strategy board games yet, but it took a while to understand some of the gameplay mechanics, and I'm still confused on some parts, although I do think I am learning how to play now that the cats have curb stomped me a few times. It initially feels as though some classes are unbalanced and stronger than others, but I'm committed to the wolf class and I won't be swayed by power.
